St. Petersburg, Fl -- Ruby M. Henley 75 of St. Petersburg, Fla died Monday evening (Oct 11) at St. Anthony Hospital. She was a 50-year member of the Wingate Eastern Star and attended Wingate Methodist Church. Born July 18, 1896, she was a daughter of Horace and Stella Mendenhall Ephlin. She married Dr. Max B. Henley of Wingate Sept 27, 1919. Dr. Henley was a veterinarian in Wingate. Survivors include a cousin, Mrs. Fred Radcliffe of Crawfordsville, an uncle, Earl Mendenhall of Goodland and several cousins. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Little officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday. Eastern Star services will be at 7 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Harveysburg Cemetery in Kingman. - kbz
